Guy Desharnais brings over two decades of experience in geology and mining to his role as Vice President of Project Evaluation at OR Royalties. He has worked across exploration, geometallurgy, resource estimation and economic evaluation. Guy was key member of teams that won international challenges that used innovative approaches to unlock opportunities and derisking in exploration and resource estimation (Integra Gold Rush and Parker Challenge). He has a passion for teaching, having shared his knowledge through workshops and training sessions in English, French, and Spanish, including as a CIM Distinguished Lecturer.
